どうぶつ物語　第二話『捨てられた猫(玩具)』　取材協力：○○県保健所

「やれやれ、また無責任な飼い主が持ち込んで来たのか。おい」
「あっ、やりますか？」

目配せで部下に合図をし、『タマ』を別室に連れて行く。

「さて、『猫の死体』が一つか？　困ったな」
「はい、我々の管轄ではありませんね。いつも通り清掃局に頼みましょう」

数日前まで、元気に鳴いていた『タマ』は、肉の塊になってしまった。
あの家族が気紛れで持ち込んだのが原因で、更に職員達の気紛れ・・・その連鎖で『生ゴミ』になってしまったのだ。猫や犬は死体の場合、区分は『生ゴミ』として扱われる。

「面倒だから」や「なんとなく」や「ストレス解消」といった理由で、
職員たちが意図的に連れて来られた動物を『死体』即ち『生ゴミ』にすることもあるという。

作り話のような話だが、面白くおかしく大袈裟に表現しているようだが、取材に協力してくれた職員は、
「いっそ作り話だったらいいんですけどね・・・多分作らなくても、そのまんま実態を物語にしたら十分面白いと思いますよ」と苦笑いしながら自嘲気味に話してくれた。もちろん、中には真摯に取り組んでる職員も確かに存在する事は、特筆しておく。

また、悲劇なのは何も捨てられた猫たちだけでは無い。

「首輪が付いてますよ・・・？」
「何言ってるんだ？　首輪なんて、『ついてない』だろ？」
「えっ・・・？」

ある日の新人職員とベテラン職員のやり取りである。
保護した迷い犬や迷い猫に首輪が付いていた場合、首輪を外し『ついていなかった事』にし、
その首輪を何食わぬ顔で放棄し『野良って事』にする場合もあるらしい。

やはり理由は、職員の単なる気まぐれでのストレス解消や、
処分、非処分で分けるのが「面倒だから」という短絡的な事だった。
酷い所になると、飼い主から問い合わせが来ても、確認もせずに「そんな猫はいませんが？」と平然と答えたり、首輪に連絡先が書いてあっても連絡しないで平気で処分してしまう所もあるそうだ。

確かに存在する『行方不明のまま見付からないペット』は、
もしかしたらそういった理不尽な理由で闇に葬られているのかも知れない。
いや『かも』ではなく・・・。

「ペットが行方不明になった時は、『必ず自分で』保健所に行って確認する事が絶対に必要です。私たちを信用しないでください」
やはり自嘲気味に語ってくれた、その職員の「私たちを信用しないでください」という口調には、強く哀愁が漂っていた。そして失望と怒りが混然となっていたのは、生涯忘れる事は無いであろう。

ここで働くと『感覚』がマヒしてしまうらしい。
それでも「真実を伝えたいし、何よりも真実が知りたい」という趣旨に賛同してくれて、
当然全てでは無いだろうが、真実を語ってくれた職員に、この場を借りて強くお礼申し上げたい。

しかし、そういった『ストレス解消』をしている職員たちは、果たして非難されるべき立場なのか。
廃品回収のように『命』を持ち込んで来る無責任な『命』たち。
そんな人達を見てる彼等が正気を保てるはずは無いし、果たして本当に狂っているのは職員なのか、それとも・・・。

また「死んで行った猫や犬が夢に出て来てうなされる事もありましたけど、最近はなくなりましたね」
と語ってくれた通り、最初の内は混乱していたがすぐに慣れ、何も感じなくなったらしい。

そして、猫や犬を引き合いに出して、『命』を語る上で決して避けられない、いや・・・『避けてはいけない』事項がある。

それは『牛や豚等の命』である。食用とそうでは無い生き物。
食用ならそれでいいのか？　大事にしなくて、平等じゃなくていいのか？
年間殺されてる食用肉なんて、猫や犬の比では無いのでは？？
誰もが疑問に思ってるであろう「命は平等」という聞こえがいい偽善的なフレーズの矛盾に付いてだ。

それについての疑問を職員に率直にぶつけたら、笑いながら平然と語ってくれた・・・、
そのショッキングな内容は、パソコンと携帯画面だけが世界の全てであるヒキコモリ(＝お前等カスゴミ)たちには、検索して得た知識だけが全てのひきこもり(貴様等ザコダニ)たちには、およそ想像出来ない、確かな現実の世界であった。

文章はちとアレですが、話とか心理描写とかは思わず最後まで読んでしまうものがあると思います。これを書くのは辛いでしょうが、最後まで逃げずに、虚飾でも婉曲でもない、率直なものを書いてください。応援しています。がんばって下さい。

俺はぬこ所か犬に鳥に金魚も飼ってるし、また野良に餌もやるけど
野良は何時駆除されても仕方ないと思ってるよ
実際に猫害にあっている人に何も出来ないからね。
餌やりが何かいえる立場に無い事は十二分に承知している
でも猫が好きだし、長年懐いてゴロゴロターボ状態の野良ちゃんが可愛いから
悪いと思いながら餌をあげる。餌あげ自体は地域住人に迷惑がかかる行為だし
極力猫害以外の迷惑がかからないように努力しているつもり

当然猫害にあっている人に文句言われたら言い返せる事は無いし
謝るしか出来ない

猫が全ての人ははこの辺の思考が出来ない

わんこを見殺しにしてしまったよ。。。
朝から体調が悪そうだったのに（大好きな散歩にも行かないし、飯も食わないし）、
医者にもいかず、午後から外出して夕方に戻った時には、
糞尿まみれで、固くなり始めてた。

すごく暑くて、すごく心細くって、すごく苦しくて、
なんで一緒に居てやらなかったんだろう。
特に急ぎの用事があったわけでも無いのに。
なんでお医者さんに診せに行かなかったんだろう。
7年も一緒にいて、死にそうか、そうでないかの区別も付かないなんて。
本当は、死にそうってわかってて気付かないフリをしてたのかな。

本当に最低の飼い主だったよ。
子どもを虐待死させる鬼親とかわんないよ。

ゆるしてくれないだろうなあ。
本当にゴメンナサイ。

野良猫に愛の手を。

文章はうまい。感心する。
ただ、「命は平等」っていう観念は、ほとんどの人が違うと
わかってるから、内容は破たんしてる。

小学生の授業じゃあるまいし、動物の命なんざ、人間の勝手気まま
でどうしてもいい。
食べて栄養にしようが、可愛がって癒されようが、邪魔だから踏みつぶそうが、イラついて殺そうが、罪悪感はない。
要は有益なら利用する。無用なら捨てる。有害なら排除する。
人間の為になるならね。

大人ならみんな知ってる。
ただ、子供は残酷に昆虫とか小さい生き物を、いたぶって殺しちゃう
ことがある。
で、その親が、将来、人様に対してなにかしちゃうんじゃないかと心配になって、命は大事とか、かけがえがないとか、平等と、いいくるめて、少なくとも自分の前ではやめさせて、安心感を得るための
方便に使ってるだけ。

わかったら３話目は作んなよ。
他の内容が読みたい。
